I didn't start this company to sell software. I engineered this platform because I lived the headache of manual logs every single day.

I spent years surviving the daily pressure of paper-based administrative records in Nepal. I designed this system not as an outside software developer, but as a practitioner who understands the deep stress of lost compliance files, late notices, and missing audit proof.

Handling physical files, stamping incoming letters, and dispatching outgoing envelopes daily. I witnessed the endless conflicts caused by misplaced files, delayed municipal permits, and untraceable records.

The Real Problems I Faced Every Day

Who received the letter? Which clerk dispatched it? Who was assigned to act on it? Paper registers had no answers, resulting in zero individual accountability.

Why I Designed the System
